Elevated Roofing Launches Online Pricing Tool to Make Roofing Costs Easier to Understand

AP News recently published an announcement from Elevated Roofing about the launch of its new online roofing pricing tool, designed to give North Texas homeowners a clearer idea of what their roofing project may cost before scheduling an inspection.

Elevated Roofing online pricing tool - Elevated Roofing Launches Free Online Roofing Estimator to Provide Cost Ranges Before Roof Inspections - Elevated RoofingThe free estimator allows homeowners to select the type of roofing service they need, answer a few questions about their property and receive a personalized pricing range within minutes. Estimates are available for services including roof repairs, emergency tarping, storm damage work, specialized inspections and full roof replacements using several different roofing materials.

For Mark Witte, owner of Elevated Roofing, the goal is to give homeowners a useful starting point without oversimplifying what actually goes into the cost of a roof.

“This tool gives them a helpful starting point and shows that roofing costs involve much more than choosing a shingle and multiplying it by the size of the home,” Witte said.

The estimator takes factors such as home size, roof slope, material choice and project timing into consideration. It also explains why the final cost of a roofing project may include much more than the visible roofing material. Underlayment, flashing, ventilation, waterproofing, labor, disposal and local building requirements can all affect the final scope.

Elevated Roofing also stresses that the online estimate is only the beginning. Since no digital tool can identify hidden damage or physically measure a roof, the company confirms pricing after an in-person inspection.

The tool is also meant to help homeowners make better comparisons when reviewing multiple roofing proposals. Instead of looking only at the final number, homeowners can get a better understanding of what materials, installation steps, warranties and other components are actually included.
